Vivian K. Watts

Vivian Kathleen Watts, age 91 of Springfield, went to be with her Lord and Savior on August 20, 2021. Vivian was born on April 25, 1930 to Ruel and Geneva (Howerton) Rinker. Vivian attended Crane High School. She married Arnold Smith in 1946 and celebrated the birth of four children – Joyce Pering, Francis Smith, Ronald Smith and Gail Meadows. Vivian was preceded in death by her son Ron; her parents; and her sister and brothers – Gertrude, Lee Lloyd and Dale. She leaves behind her two daughters and son; ten grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; and many nieces; nephews; and friends. A service of remembrance will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday, August 25, 2021 at Adams Funeral Home, Nixa, with Jerry Detwiler officiating. Burial will follow in Crane Cemetery. A visitation will be from 10:30 A.M. until service time on Wednesday, August 25, 2021 at Adams Funeral Home, Nixa.
