Vicki Lynn Hitchcock Crim died Wednesday, June 20 in Springfield, Mo. surrounded by her loving family. She was age 62.
Vicki was born Oct. 6 1955 in Springfield, where she spent most of her life. She was a mother, grandmother, aunt, friend to many, and a longtime C-Street bartender. She had a large extended family, most of whom still reside in Springfield, and many who enveloped her with love and compassion during her final days in hospice care.
She is survived by her three children: Carrie Lynn Stiles, Robert Lee Stiles II, and Ronald Dean Fellers; siblings Debra Carroll, Teresa Kaiser, James Crim, Denise Montgomery, Toni Eason, Cassie Crim and George Crim; and many grandchildren, nieces and nephews who will truly miss her.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Mary Lorene Stiles, age 11; her parents, John Ross Crim and Hazel Long Arnold, a brother Scott Edward Crim, and husband James Fredrick Hitchcock.
The family would like to express our deep appreciation to the staff at HCR ManorCare in Springfield, and Integrity HomeCare and Hospice and their Solace Care team for their compassion and assistance during this difficult time.
The family will hold a celebration of life and fellowship from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM Friday, June 22, 2018 at Ruthie's on Commercial Street in Springfield.
