Vada Roman Creson Wolfe passed away in the home she shared with her daughter in Ozark, on Thursday, February 14, 2013. On July 18, 1929 she was born in Spokane, Missouri, one of eight children born to George Edward and Mary Creson.
Vada attended school in Spokane, and lived in California a short time before moving back to this area. She made many friends when being employed by Hagale Garment Factory and Fasco Industries.
Vada loved and cared for her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She sewed their school clothes, and made them all feel welcome any time in her home.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Lora Ann Creson, a son, Don Creson, three brothers, James, Burnise and Junior Creson, two sisters, Betty Creson and Jean Burks, and her parents.
Among those who will miss her greatly are a son, Mike Creson and Kathy of Springfield, and a daughter, Debra Minnick, with whom she shared a home. She also leaves six grandchildren, Carol Creson of Oklahoma, Kimball Creson, serving in the U.S. Army, Kenneth Minnick of Ozark, Shanna Young of Florida, Michelle Creson of California, and Brian Creson of California; great-grandchildren, Michael Minnick, Dalton Minnick, and Zain Leavens; a brother Pete Creson of Rogersville; and a sister, Louise Kuhn of Nixa.
A visitation will be Sunday, February 17, in Adams Funeral Home, Ozark, from 1:00 "� 3:00 PM. Cremation will follow with burial in Spokane Cemetery at a later date.
