Travis Fulton Zorn

Travis Fulton Zorn, age 33, of Springfield, passed away on Wednesday, March 8. He was born on May 23, 1983, the son of Charita Strickland and Michael Zorn. Travis was a Lance Corporal in the US Marine Corps. Travis was an avid reader, artist and student. He was proud to be a Marine, and took pleasure in turning the humblest of ingredients into an excellent meal. Travis was a beloved son, brother and friend. Survivors include: His mother, Charita Strickland, his father Michael Zorn, his step-mother Missy Zorn, his grandparents, Jimmy and Mary Lynne Young, his brother James Strickland, his sister Allyson Strickland, his step-sisters Casey Buckner and Tonya Dill, his nephews Grayson and Maddox Strickland, and many aunts, uncles and cousins. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Veteran Student Organization at Ozarks Technical Community College.
