Travis R. Smith
Travis R. Smith, age 21, died tragically in a motor vehicle accident Wednesday, July 24, 2013. He was born in Springfield, May 3, 1992, the son of Jodie Burns and Ronnie Smith. Travis was united in marriage to Brianna Bangs July 23, 2010. Travis was a wrestler when he attended Nixa High school. Travis was very outgoing and was described as "The life of the party"�. He was a hard worker and very dependable. He was a Loving husband and devoted father. Travis loved riding his Harley motorcycle, being with family and friends, and playing pool. His favorite saying was "Take it to the limit"�, after the Eagles song. Another saying Travis liked was "The sun never sets on the cool"�, which he got from his Grandpa Steve. He lived life to the fullest and always tried to do the right thing. Travis was taken from us too soon and he will be dearly missed.
Travis is survived by his wife, Brianna, son Talon, daughter Kynzlee, parents Jodie Burns and husband David, and Ronnie Smith, sisters Mackenzie Burns, and Izabella Hunter, grandparents Steve McCauley, Dorothy Burns, Richard and Hazel Smith, and great grandmother Jessie Hale.
Travis was preceded in death by his grandfather Robert Burns and grandmother Olivia McCauley.

Funeral Service will be 1:00 P.M Monday, July 29, 2013, at Adams Funeral Home, Nixa. Burial will follow the service at McCauley Cemetery, Ozark. A visitation will be held 4:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. Sunday, July 28, 2013, at the funeral home.
