Thomas B. King

Thomas B. King, 78, of Ozark passed away on Wednesday, June 27, 2018 at his home. Tom was born on August 30, 1939, the son of Thomas and Haddie (Brockett) King. He later married Janice Cox. She survives. Also surviving are: two sons, Michael (Christine) King, and Patrick King; one daughter, Kristy (John) Aylor; four granddaughters, Kendra (Chris) Swauger, Danielle Shatto, Brianna Shatto, and Mali Aylor; and two great-granddaughters. He was preceded in death by his parents. Tom was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force, serving seven years. Cremation rites have been accorded. A memorial service for Tom will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, July 2, 2018 at Adams Funeral Home in Ozark. Burial will follow with military rites at Missouri Veterans Cemetery in Springfield. Memorials in honor of Tom may be made to the Lustgarten Foundation for Pancreatic Cancer Research.
