Teresa “Jill” Nolte, age 64 of Highlandville, passed away November 16, 2021. She was born April 28, 1957 in Wichita, Kansas, the daughter of Philip M. and Ruby (Routon) Frazier. On October 14, 1978, Jill was united in marriage to Steve Nolte.
Jill was a nurse by trade and an educator by heart. She founded Ozark Vascular Access in 2017, publishing an educational access booklet and developing educational tools.
Before working in the healthcare field, Jill received her degree in textiles from Central Oklahoma in 1987. Later she and Steve moved to Saudi Arabia where she taught and worked as a seamstress, making clothing for family and others. Jill also enjoyed baking and interior design.
Survivors include: her husband, Steve Nolte of Highlandville; children, Philip Nolte and wife Tricia of Battlefield, Eric Nolte of Lake Tahoe, California, David Nolte of North Kansas City, Missouri, Brian Nolte of Portland, Oregon; grandchildren, Dallas Nolte of Lake Tahoe, Maxwell Keltner of Battlefield and Ellarose Keltner of Battlefield; her siblings, Rosemarie Hotchkiss and husband John of Overland Park, Kansas, Jeff Frazier and wife Susan of Lebanon, Tennessee, and Linda Landrum and husband Delhi of Texas; and many nieces and nephews.
Jill was preceded in death by her parents. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Friday, November 19, 2021 at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church, under direction of Adams Funeral Home, Nixa, with Pastor Danny Hartwell officiating. Burial will follow at Tory Creek Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6-8 P.M. on Thursday, November 18, 2021 at Adams Funeral Home, Nixa
