Steven Lee Moore

Steven Lee Moore, age 61 of Nixa died Tuesday, June 23, 2015. He was born September 25, 1953 in Springfield, the son of Wilbern and Ruth Belle (Meacheam) Moore. Steven was a farmer. He enjoyed sports - especially the St. Louis Cardinals, Kansas City Chiefs and Nixa Eagles. Steven was a member of the Nixa Church of Christ. Survivors include: his father, Wilbern Moore of Nixa; uncles; aunts; cousins; and many friends. Steven was preceded in death by his mother, Ruth Moore; his sister, Susan Moore; and his grandparents, Leslie and Dora Moore and Leonard and Bertha Meacheam. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, June 26, 2015 in Adams Funeral Home, Nixa, with Tom Dennis officiating. Burial will follow in McConnell Cemetery, Nixa. Visitation will be from 1-2 p.m. Friday immediately before the funeral service in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Nixa Church of Christ, P.O.
