Shirley Marie Waddle, age 65, of Clever, passed away Wednesday, November 28, 2018. She was born May 18, 1953 in Sikeston, the daughter of Albert and Margaret (Schoen) Seiler. She graduated from Sikeston High School. On April 16, 1982, she and Boyce Waddle were married.
Shirley loved and took care of not only her own family, but cared for many children throughout the years in her home. She was selfless, always putting the needs of others before herself. She enjoyed cook outs, fishing, crocheting, and quilting. Shirley's favorite holiday was Christmas, making it special for those she loved. She was a member of Union Hill Church of Christ in Nixa.
Survivors include: Her husband, Boyce; her mother, Margaret Seiler of Sikeston; children, Lee Ann Petro and James of Republic, and Lance Lewis and Kristen of Sand Springs, OK; grandchildren, Courtney Duffy and Justin, Alison Petro, Jayden Petro, Madison Lewis, and E.J. Lewis; a great-grandchild, Brylee Duffy; brothers and sisters, Mary Ann Shelton and Don, Melvin Seiler and Peggy, Kenny Seiler and Debbie, Jerome Seiler and Cathy, Steven Seiler and Crystal, and John Seiler and Kay; Shirley's canine companion, Gizmo; other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, Albert Seiler, two brothers, Bobby Seiler and Ronnie Seiler.
Funeral services will be held at 12:45 p.m. Tuesday, December 4, 2018 at Union Hill Church of Christ in Nixa. Burial will follow in Missouri Veterans Cemetery, Springfield. Visitation will be from 11:30 a.m. until service time at the church.
