Sherryl Osborn

Sherryl Lynn Osborn, age 65, of Nixa, passed away Friday, December 30, 2016. She was born October 2, 1951 in Crocker, MO, one of eight children born to Dennis and Beulah (Rowden) Lawrence. Sherryl graduated from Stoutland High School, and attended Draughn's Business School and SMS. On March 13, 1971 she and Darrell Lee Osborn were married. Sherryl was an accountant for McLean Enterprises. She later received her CDL and drove over the road with her husband. She was a founding member of Sisters Act Investment Club. Sherryl had been a member of Seminole Baptist Temple since 1977. Nothing meant more to Sherryl than her family. Survivors include: Her husband, Darrell; two daughters, Jennifer Osborn of Willard, and Erica Crain and husband Eric of Springfield; a step-son Darrell Lee Osborn Jr. and wife Marry of Springfield; a step-daughter Rachaelle Matuszak of Georgia; an adopted son, Richard Lawrence and wife Robin of Springfield; grandchildren, Anna Crain, Addison Crain, Turner Hale, Sarah McMullan, Michael Matuszak, Megan Patterson, Matthiew "Spud" Matuszak, Nick Lawrence, and Chad Lawrence; two great-grandchildren, Michael Lawrence, and Asher Patterson; four brothers, Dennis Lawrence Jr., Robert Lawrence, Terry Lawrence, and Paul Lawrence; and three sisters, Mary Johnson, Carol Gideon, and Sherry Cross. A memorial service will be 12:30 PM Tuesday, January 3, in Adams Funeral Home, Nixa. Burial will follow in Missouri Veterans Cemetery, Springfield. Visitation will be from 11:30 AM until service time on Tuesday.
