Sheila C. Wilson

Sheila Corene Wilson, age 75 of Ozark, passed away November 2, 2024. She was born April 20, 1949 in Spokane, the daughter of Almos “Quake” and Mary Ann (Blakey) Carsten. 

Sheila worked for Hagale Apparel in Ozark for 21 years before owning and operating her beauty shop in Ozark. She enjoyed fishing, softball, and running 5Ks. 

Survivors include: her husband of 53 years, Ronnie Wilson of Ozark; a son, Brian Wilson and wife Karen of Sparta; grandchildren, Brian Keith Wilson and wife Nicole of Springfield, Jordan Wilson of Marshfield, McKenzie Wilson of Sparta; great grandchildren, Briley James Atkinson, Kaden Lee Atkinson, Jayce Wyatt Wilson, Grayson Joe Wilson, Gracelynn Nicole Wilson; her brothers, Westley Dale Carsten of Lebanon, Elaine Campbell and husband Greg of Arkansas, Gale Wayne Carsten and wife Kim of Sparta, Gary Lee Carsten and wife Cindy of Hurley. 

Sheila was preceded in death by her parents.

A funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m., Monday, November 4, 2024 at Adams Funeral Home, Nixa, with Reverend Gary Jennings officiating. Burial will follow at Wright Cemetery, Clever. 

Visitation will be held from 9:30 – 10:30 a.m., Monday immediately before the funeral service at the funeral home.
