Sharon Roberta Blansit was born June 7, 1945 in Monett, MO to Leonard & Rosegene Bilyeu. Sharon went home to be with her Lord & Savior on Thursday, October 15th, 2020 at her home.
Sharon was the 3rd of 4 daughters & lived most of her early life in Spokane, attending Spokane High School where she was active in cheerleading, glee club, choir, & volleyball.
Sharon was married to Gary Blansit of Ozark, MO on December 14, 1967 & they were happily married until Gary's passing in May 2003. They had 3 daughters - Deborah, Tamara, & Trinity. They resided most of their years in Ash Grove, MO.
After Gary's passing, Sharon spent 15 years working in a local pharmacy in Ash Grove. She enjoyed gardening, working in her flower beds, & researching her family genealogy. She had a special relationship with each of her 6 grandsons & was very proud of each of them & their accomplishments & talents - Adam, Thomas, Joshua, Gary, Wyatt, & Brady. She was also a great grandma to 3.
Sharon was preceded in death by her grandparents, parents, 3 sisters, & husband Gary. She is survived by her daughter Deborah & husband Doug of Crane, Deborah's children Adam & Thomas, her daughter Tamara & husband Jack of Purcell, Oklahoma, their children Joshua & Gary, daughter Trinity & husband Cody of Willard, their children Wyatt & Brady, & a host of nieces, nephews, & other family & friends.
Sharon's warm smile & loving hug will be missed by all of her family & friends. We look forward to reuniting with her in our eternal home one day.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, October 20, 2020 in Selmore Cemetery with Pastor Jamie Bilyeu officiating, under direction of Adams Funeral Home, Ozark.
