Sandra West

Sandra Sue (Needham) West, age 72 of Springfield Missouri, passed away peacefully at her home on February 17, 2018 after battling a second round of breast cancer. Sandra Sue (Needham) West was born May 17, 1945 in Centralia, Illinois to William and Joie Marie Needham. Sue is survived by one daughter, Cindy (Hofstetter) Jack and Sean Smith of Springfield, Missouri. One Grandson, Derrick Jack and wife Holly Jack of Springfield, Missouri, and one Great-Grandchild coming in July. Last but not least, her cat "Bootsie" who stayed by her side faithfully during her last days, refusing to leave. Sue had a host of friends who were lovingly adopted by heart. They called her Mom and Grandma Sue and she truly loved them all, as her own. "Fly with the Angels Momma" A Special Thank You to Preferred Hospice and Dr. Thomas Dahlberg who went above and beyond to make her comfortable. She loved all of you and I hope you all felt that love. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the family to help cover funeral expenses. A Celebration of Life Service will be 5:30 PM Friday, February 23, 2018 at Adams Funeral Home, Ozark. Visitation will follow the service.
