Sandra Lee Shue

Sandra Lee Shue of Ozark was called to her heavenly home surrounded by her loving family on October 18, 2013. She succumbed after a long battle with cancer. She was born December 1, 1947, in Harrisonville, MO to Walter A. and Marie D. Birk. Sandra was a loving mother and grandmother. She was caring, compassionate, and loved by all who knew her. She enjoyed dancing, going to the lake, and being with family and friends. She spent most of her life working in the insurance industry. Sandra was preceded in death by father, Walter A. Birk; and a brother, Jerry Birk. Survivors include her mother, Marie Elliott of Ocala, Florida; her brother, Clarence Birk of Kansas City; her daughters, Stacy Howard and husband Eric of Ozark, and Angela Conley and husband Rob, of Wichita, Kansas; and granddaughter Kylie Marie Howard. Visitation will be from 5:00 "� 7:00 PM Saturday, October 19, in Adams Funeral Home, Ozark. A funeral service will be 2:00 PM Sunday in the funeral home. Burial will follow in Hopedale Cemetery. The family wishes to thank the staff of North Park Village, Ozark, and Hospice & Palliative Care for their loving and compassionate care during her battle.
