Sally Ann (Toncre) Richter, age 75, of Nixa, Missouri, passed away on January 21, 2016. Sally was born in Cleveland, Ohio on February 21, 1940 the daughter of Otto John and Regina Toncre. Sally married Ronald E. Richter on December 10, 1964. Sally, Ron and their family traveled and lived in multiple states including Hawaii, Maryland, Alabama, California and Texas but eventually settled down in Lamar, Missouri. Sally considered Lamar to be her home for the last 38 years of her life. Sally worked outside the home and was a valued employee in several different positions but for the majority of her life she excelled at being a homemaker. She had many good friends and enjoyed spending time with them. She was an animal lover and never failed to try to help any animal in need, regardless of what type of animal it was. She never met a dog she didn't like but she especially loved her Lhaso Apso dogs who were her best friends and daily companions. Sally was a member of the Jehovah's Witness Kingdom Hall in Lamar, MO. She considered the congregation to be her second family and leaves behind many close friends in the Hall. She was proceeded in death by her parents, her Sister Janet Tonccre, and two Grandsons Joshua Twigg and Samuel Twigg. She is survived by: her husband Ron, a daughter Pamela Stoelzel and husband Craig, a son Jeffrey Richter and his partner Greg; a Step-daughter Rebecca Koellner and her husband Robert; and a Step-son Ronald Richter Jr. Sally also leaves behind five grandchildren, one great grand-child and many nieces and nephews. Sally was a good wife, mother, and friend and she will be missed. Jehovah will care for her now.
