Ronals Gene Newfield

Ronald Gene Newfield, age 70, passed away in Nixa, Missouri on Monday, October 1, 2012. He was born to Arthur and Alice (Copper) Newfield, in Bakersfield, CA, on September 9, 1942. Ronald earned his Master"�s in Divinity at Fresno Pacific Seminary in 1974. He worked for the family business manufacturing boxes for the local agricultural industry for many years. He married Deborah Bradley on May 26, 1985, in Bakersfield. Ronald and Deborah attended Bridge Bible Church. Ronald loved the Lord and loved to study God"�s Word. Ronald was a loving father, and grandfather. Ronald is survived by his wife, four sons, John, of Washington State, Jason of Los Angeles, Jeremy and his wife Vanessa, of Bakersfield, and Jacob, and his wife Julie, of Seattle, Washington; three step daughters, Melissa Blake, and husband Delmer, Heather McNaughton, and husband Jesse, and Elizabeth Ward, and Husband Jeffrey, all of Bakersfield; 12 grandchildren and many other relatives and friends. Ronald is preceded in death by his parents. A memorial service will be held in Bakersfield at a future date. Cremation is under the direction of Adams Funeral Home, Nixa, Missouri
