Ronald Lee Fisher, age 79, of Nixa, Missouri, formerly of Lewiston, Idaho, passed away Tuesday, June 3, 2014. He was born June 17, 1934, in Spokane, Washington, the son of Clifford and Elaine (Scott) Fisher. In 1954 he and Vivian Jeanette Swenson were united in marriage.
Mr. Fisher was manager of A&B Foods in Lewiston before retirement. He was an avid bowler and enjoyed fishing. After retirement he and Vivian became "snowbirds", traveling to Nevada for the winter.
He was a longtime member of the Moose Lodge and Eagles Lodge in Clarkston, Washington, where he and Vivian loved to dance.
Survivors include: His wife, Vivian; two children, Tony Fisher and wife Tammy of Nixa, and Lisa Fisher of Concord, California; four grandchildren, Dustin Fisher and wife Ashley, Derek Fisher, Danielle Fisher and Tyler Fisher; and a great-granddaughter, Isabella.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother Gordon "Bud" Fisher, and a sister, Janet Steiner.
Burial will be 1:00 PM Friday, June 6, in McConnell-Bledsoe Cemetery.
A memorial service will be at a later date at the Eagles Lodge, Clarkston Washington.
