Robert Michael Depner

Robert Depner, age 52, passed away suddenly Tuesday, November 12, 2019. He was born March 23, 1967 in Oak Park, IL to Rudolf and Hilde (Rangno) Depner. Robert was raised in Villa Park, IL. He graduated from Willow Brook High School in 1985. He earned an Associate degree in engineering at College of DuPage in Glen Ellyn, IL. Robert met his wife Daria Nogacz during their college years and married September 24, 1994. Robert began his career at age 21 in the elevator industry. He was promoted to Operations Manager and transferred from Chicago, IL to the office in Ozark, Thyssenkrupp Elevator Company. Robert loved the outdoors. He enjoyed hunting in southwest Missouri and enjoyed fishing on Stockton Lake. Robert is survived by his wife Daria of 25 years; a daughter Stephanie; and a son Michael; his brother Heinz Depner, his wife Barbara of Villa Park, IL; a sister Ursula Rodisch of West Chicago, IL; and many nieces, nephews and friends. A visitation will be held from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM Friday, November 22, 2019 in Adams Funeral Home, Nixa. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday, November 27, 2019 in Trinity Lutheran Church in Villa Park, IL. Memorial donations in lieu of flowers may be made to Robert's children's college fund. Arrangements are under the direction of Adams funeral Home, Nixa.
