Robert "Bob" Cawthra

Ozark - Robert "Bob" W Cawthra, 71, of Ozark, MO passed away January 7, 2019. He was born on March 30, 1947 to Walter and Eva Cawthra in Ozark, MO. As a young man, Bob was a member of the Air Force for 3 years and served in Guam. He spent most of his Adult life as a construction worker. Bob married the love of his life, Betty (Henderson) Cawthra on September 8, 1978. Bob had two children previously, Derek and Jody. Together, he and Betty had two sons, Sheldon and Shannon. Bob is survived by his wife, Betty; son, Derek and his wife Christina, and their children, Matthew, Felecia and Jessica; daughter Jody and her husband Steven, and their daughter, Jozie; son Sheldon and his children Logan and Braylon; and son, Shannon and his wife Christine, and their children, Brooklyn, Lincoln and Jaxson. He was preceded in death by his parents, 3 sisters and 2 brothers. There will be a Celebration of Life on Saturday January 19, 2019 from 11am-1pm at High Street Baptist Church (enter through South side doors) address- 900 N Eastgate Ave, Springfield, MO 65802.
