Rick L. Henne

Rick Henne, age 63, of Springfield passed away Saturday, July 28, 2018. He was born in Bad Kreoznach, Germany April 17, 1955 to Richard R. and Velma (Rogers) Henne. Rick graduated from Kickapoo High School in 1974. Rick worked as an electrician for many years and achieved a Master Electrician license. He ran his own business in Springfield for over 35 years named RH Electric. Rick quickly gained the reputation of an excellent electrician throughout the community and made many close friends and business associates. Rick always met people with a smile, many jokes and movie quotes. He enjoyed watching NASCAR with his parents and driving his sports car. He also enjoyed playing Frisbee Golf and loved to listen to the blues and classic rock music. Rick enjoyed shooting his guns and had a large collection of knives. Rick was loved by friends, his family and his extended family and had a major impact in their lives. Rick will be greatly missed. Rick is survived by his parents; his son Jeremy Henne, and wife Sarah of Springfield; and a grandson James Byerley. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, August 1, 2018 at Delaware Cemetery, Nixa.
