Reba Ruth Lee was born on Dec 26, 1924 in Green County Indiana near Switz City, Indiana.
She died on May 24, 2017 in Pleasant Hill, Missouri at the age of 92. She was the daughter of William Henry and Mary (Molly) Owens. She came from a large family: 2 Brothers and 7 Sisters: 10 in all.
She attended school in Switz City, Indiana and later in Lyons, Indiana. After school she worked for an Insurance Company, a Grocery Store before her marriage to Winford Lee on April 6, 1947. After marriage she was a housewife and worked at Eswell Bakery and REMC until her retirement.
She was baptized in 1937 at the age of 13 and was a lifelong member of the Church of Christ. She lived most of her life in Indiana and Missouri.
Her favorite scripture was Psalms 19 and her mottos were: "Give your children a good example by living the life you know you and your children should live" and "Always live as you want to be when Jesus returns for His own"
She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband and all but one of her siblings.
She is survived by her children John (Donna) and Karen (Bruce) as well four grandchildren: Brandon, Shane, Jessica and Samantha and four great grandchildren.
