Phyllis Jean Weber passed away Monday, December 7, 2015. She was born March 9, 1930 in San Buenaventura, California, the daughter of Frank and Mildred (Miller) Carlile. Survivors include: her daughter, Donna Simpson and two sons, Harry Hirsch and Tom Hirsch. No services are planned. Cremation under the direction of Adams Funeral Home, Nixa.
