Phyllis Ruth Biggs

Phyllis Ruth Biggs, 77, of Ozark passed away on Saturday, February 25, 2023 in Springfield.

Phyllis was born on September 18, 1945 in Clearwater, Florida; the daughter of Winfield Harris Strickland, Sr. and Ethel Ree (Birdge) Strickland. 

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Biggs; a daughter, Tammy; her parents; one sister, Clara; and two brothers, Sims and Harris.

Phyllis is survived by her daughter, Angela (Tommy) Alderson; two grandsons, Chaz and Sawyer; two sisters, Christine and Jeannie; and several nieces and nephews.

Phyllis loved to do anything that had to with being outside and cooking. These two activities were even better when she got to enjoy them with her family.

Cremation rites have been accorded and no public services are currently planned. Phyllis will be laid to rest with her late husband at Missouri Veterans Cemetery.
