Philip Lee MacMurray, age 82 of Highlandville, Missouri passed away February 11, 2014. He was born August 1, 1931 in Buffalo, New York. Cremation arrangements under the direction of Adams Funeral Home, Nixa, Missouri. Mr. Philip Lee MacMurray, age 82 of Highlandville, formerly of Snyder and Boston, New York, passed away February 11, 2014. Philip graduated from Amherst High School, where he excelled in swimming. He served his country in U. S. Air Force for 4 years at wright Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton, Ohio. Philip was a member of the flight crew for 4-Star General Rawlings, USAF. After his service, he returned to Buffalo and was employed at Clarence Hackett Inc. Philip was the beloved father of Gregory Lee, Jody Metzger and Dianne MacMurray, who preceded him in death. Philip is survived by two children, Mark MacMurray, Ozark, Missouri and Karen Saunders, and husband Gary, Hamburg, New York. Also surviving him are: granddaughters, Leah, Maggie, Hanna and Alexis Metzger, Kayla Saunders and great grandchildren, Jeremiah, Jesse, Aidan and Natalie. Interment will be in Pleasant Valley Cemetery, Olean, New York. Local arrangements under direction of Adams Funeral Home, Ozark.
