Peggy Jean Nichols

Peggy Jean Nichols, age 69, of Aurora, passed away at 7:30 a.m. on Monday, September 26, 2022, peacefully at her home surrounded by her family. She was born March 29, 1953, in Long Beach, california. She was the daughter of Delbert Austin and Genevieve Fields.

Peggy had retired from the Ozark Methodist Manor in Marionville, Mo.

Peggy is survived by her husband, Johnny Nichold of Aurora; one daughter, Brandi Gardner and her husband JR Gardner of Billings; one grandson Bradley Gardner and significant other Abbie Davis of Billings; three sisters, Susan Campbell and hur husband Russell, of Springfield, Missouri, Nancy Lucas of Aurora, Samantha Slain and her husband Mitchell of Gainesville, Georgia. She also leaves behind her beloved dog Rattie.

Her son Michael Evans, parents Delbert and Genevieve, sister Itress Austin Proceeded her in death.

A private family burial will be held at the Marionville Cemetery.

Arrangements are under the direction of Adams Funeral Home, Nixa.
