Paul Bedwell

Paul Eugene Bedwell III, age 48, of Springfield MO, passed away after a very long illness with cancer on January 17, 2020 in the comfort of his home surrounded by all of his family and loved ones. He was born August 26, 1971 in Des Moines, IA to Paul and Peggy (Purcell) Bedwell Jr. Paul was an interstate freight hauler for most of his working career working long, hard hours. He was a very devoted husband, father, grandfather and friend to many. He loved family gatherings, barbecues and his all-time favorite football team the Oakland Raiders. His survivors include: his wife Krista Swanson-Bedwell of Springfield, MO; his father Paul Bedwell Jr. of Nixa, MO; children: Kiyanna Rannie and husband Ryan of Tampa, FL, Jordan Bedwell of Tampa, FL, Zaylen Bedwell of Springfield, MO, Kara Hotelling of Springfield, MO, Kassandra Cumbee and husband Christopher of Springfield, MO; grandchildren: Natia Olivia and Triston Lee; sisters: Paula and husband Tommy Hodge of Montgomery City, MO, Susan and husband James Peralta of Nixa, MO; a brother Dave and wife Annette Bedwell of Phoenix, AZ many nieces, nephews and other relatives. He was preceded in death by his mother Peggy (Purcell) Bedwell.He was preceded in death by his mother Peggy (Purcell) Bedwell; and an infant son, Andrew. Cremation is under the direction of Adams Funeral Home, Nixa. There are no plans for a funeral.
