Patricia Johnson

Patricia Carol Johnson, age 81, of Sparta, passed away Tuesday, January 30, 2018. She was born September 30, 1936 in Springfield, the daughter of Hadley Cecil and Alma (Greene) McHaffie. On December 2, 1950 she and Lloyd Earl Johnson were married. Patricia loved the Lord and served him through her singing at church, nursing homes, and senior centers. She loved her church, Fellowship Lighthouse in Bruner. She enjoyed fishing, and working with her house plants and flower garden. Patricia made her friends and family happy when she would break out in a Jitterbug dance. Survivors include: Her husband, Lloyd, currently residing at Ozark Riverview Manor; two sons, Steven Johnson and wife Wanda of Fordland, and Kenneth Johnson and wife Dorothy of Fordland; four grandchildren, Ronnie Johnson and wife Vickie of Fordland, Doug Johnson of Bruner, Garland Johnson and wife Tara Johnson, Bruner, and David Johnson of Rogersville; many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; a sister Violet Roller of Sparta; and a brother, Bill McHaffie of Rogersville. She was preceded in death by three daughters, Kimberly Jo Johnson, Deatta Johnson, and an infant; several brothers and sisters, and her parents. Funeral services will be 10:00 AM Friday, February 2, at Fellowship Lighthouse Church, Bruner. Burial will follow in Temple Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM Thursday in Adams Funeral Home, Ozark.
