Nancy Hubbard

Nancy M. Hubbard, age 73, of Springfield, passed away, Saturday, November 23, 2013. She was born to Clifton and Nadine (Jairett) Upchurch, on May 15, 1940, in Springfield. Nancy loved to sew, and was a wonderful homemaker. She was very active in her church, Ridgeview Baptist Church, Catoosa, OK. She loved Mexican food, and passed her enthusiasm onto her children. Her family describes Nancy as a good hearted woman and was the center of her family"�s universe. She sewed a thread of love through many lives, and will be greatly missed. Nancy is survived by: Her children, Kenneth Graves, and wife Jackie, of Adair, OK. Donna Ellison, and husband Jerry, of Cedar Creek, Larry Graves, of Springfield, Linda Redmon, and husband John, of Tulsa, OK, Martin Graves, and wife Tina, of Kirbyville, Fred Hubbard, and wife April, of Wagoner, OK; and a brother-in-law, Jerry Carsten. Nancy is preceded in death: by her parents; Husband Amos; and a sister Natalee Carsten. A visitation will be held from 12:00 P.M. to 1:00 P.M. Tuesday, November 26, 2013, at Adams Funeral Home, Nixa. Funeral services will follow at 1:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Jones-Chastain Cemetery, Nixa. Memorial donations in lieu of flowers may be made to the American Cancer Society. Arrangements are under the direction of Adams Funeral Home, Nixa.
