Nadine Dean

Nadine Dean, age 95 of Highlandville, passed away on February 16, 2025. She was born to parents William Jackson and Armeda (Hicks) Lee on May 6, 1929 in Longrun, Missouri.

Nadine was preceded in death by her parents and her four siblings, John, Ollin, Herbert and Kenneth.

On December 27, 1950, Nadine was united in marriage to Archie Dean. They were married 55 years until Archie's death on May 1, 2005.

On July 11, 1955, daughter Cassandra was born and made their home complete.

Survivors include: her daughter Cassandra Lee and husband John; grandchildren, Adrienne Coffelt and husband Nathan, Angela Piatt and husband Joshua and John Jeremy (J.J.) Lee and wife Tennile; and great grandchildren, Zane and Carson Coffelt, Colton, Corbyn and Kenna Piatt, Chezney, Jentri, Sawyer and Kampbell Lee.

Nadine taught in public schools for 37 and a half years. She was a member of Craig Hollow Church. Nadine loved to worship with her family, friends and neighbors.

God gave her many special years and He was her best friend.

Nadine prayed for God's blessings on all.

A funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Monday, February 24, 2025 at Adams Funeral Home, Nixa, with Pastor Jamie Bilyeu officiating. Burial will follow in Highlandville Cemetery, Highlandville.

Visitation will be from 1-3 p.m. on Sunday, February 23, 2025 at Adams Funeral Home, Nixa.
