Monica Nicole Painter

Monica Nicole Painter, age 17, of Nixa, passed away Saturday, June 1, 2013. She was born in Muskogee, OK, April 21, 1996. Monica was a cheer leader at Nixa High School, and was very excited to be accepted into the varsity squad for the upcoming senior year. Monica loved cheering. She was bigger than life with her vibrant outgoing personality. Monica was a caring person and loved people. Monica never knew a stranger and was an excellent student. Among her teachers, she was one of their favorites. Monica was taken too soon and will be dearly missed. Monica is survived by her two loving parents, Lee and Jill ( Kaub) Painter, of Nixa, a sister, Kelsey Painter, and a brother, Joseph Painter. A visitation will be held Tuesday, June 4, 2013, from 12:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M, at Union Hill Church of Christ, Steve Martin Officiating. A celebration of life will be Tuesday, June 4, 2013, at 2:00 P.M, at the church. Interment will be at Jamesville Cemetery.
