Michael Allen Byrom

Michael Allen Byrom, age 32 of Nixa, Missouri passed away on October 11, 2011 in Cox Medical Center South. Michael was born in Pomona, California on May 2, 1979, the son of Sidney and Cathaline Grooms Byrom. A resident of Nixa the past several years, he enjoyed participating in several activities including bowling, baseball, bicycling and cards. He was an avid fan of the Denver Broncos and the Nebraska Cornhuskers. Michael was a member and attended the Assembly of God Church in Springfield and James River Assembly . He was an employee of the Nixa Work Shop. Michael is survived by his parents, Sid and Cathy Byrom of Nixa; three brothers, Randy of Ozark, Shane of Highlandville, and Jim of Camdenton, Missouri; his sister, Tina and husband Chuck Rees of Ozark, several nieces and nephews , and several great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a brother, Joey Byrom. A private family burial will take place at a later date. Memorial donations are requested in his honor to the Muscular Dystrophy Association of America. Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Adams Funeral Home, Nixa.
