Mason Anthony Bond

          Mason Anthony Bond, age 23 of Nixa, went to be with his Lord and Savior August 1, 2022.  He was born May 16, 1999 in Springfield, the son of Brady and Kendra (Henderson) Bond.

        Survivors include:  his mother, Kendra Bond of Springfield; his father, Brady Bond and wife Corina and stepbrother, Devan Stagner of Nixa; maternal grandmother, Jane Henderson of Springfield; paternal grandmother, Katie Bond of Nixa; paternal grandfather, Gene Bond of Springfield; aunt, Vicky Emmitt and husband Rick of Nixa; aunt, Terri Kelly of Olathe, Kansas; aunt, Jennifer Henderson of Springfield and uncle, Ken Henderson of Nixa; uncle, Mike Bond of Strafford, uncle, Terry Bond and wife Sherri of Springfield, uncle, Larry Bond, aunt, Becky Rikard and husband Kerry of Buffalo; and many other aunts; uncles; cousins; and friends.

            Mason was preceded in death by his grandfather, Kenneth Henderson II; and his step-grandfather, Papa Don.

            Mason graduated from Pleasant Hope High School in 2017.  He graduated with honors from basic training with Navy Sea Cadets at age 11 at Ft. Dodge, Iowa. Mason was a Cub Scout and Eagle Scout.  Mason also enjoyed wrestling. He loved God, his country, Raiders Football, music and hunting.

            A funeral service will be held at 10:00 A.M., Friday, August 5, 2022 at Adams Funeral Home, Nixa, with Terry Bond officiating.  Burial will follow at Hopedale Cemetery, Ozark.  Visitation will be from 5-7 P.M., Thursday, August 4, 2022 at Adams Funeral Home, Nixa.
