Maryanne Murphy

Maryanne Murphy, age 80, passed away Saturday, June 4, 2022, a recent resident of North Park Village Assisted Living, Ozark.  She was born in Republic on August 20, 1941.  Maryanne received her master’s degree from Drury University.  Before retirement she taught in Nixa Elementary Schools for 40 years.  At home, caring for her dogs was her favorite pastime following the death of her husband. 

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ted, in 2013.   Survivors include caring friends, Tom and Peggy Auvil, sisters-in-law, and brothers-in-law.

In accordance with Maryanne’s wishes no service is planned.  Cremation is under the direction of Adams Funeral Home, Ozark, and Adams Crematory.
