Mary Ruth Rainey

Mary Ruth Rainey, age 88, of Ozark, passed away Thursday, February 3, 2011. She was born September 10, 1922 in Ozark, the daughter of John and Mary (Adams) Rainey. She graduated from Ozark High School. Ruth served as Secretary for the ASC Office in Ozark and also lived in California for a number of years where she worked as a secretary. Ruth was a Christian and member of Ozark First Baptist Church. She also enjoyed her membership with Finley River Fine Artists. Survivors include: A brother, Roger Rainey and his wife Dorothy Jean, Rogersville; two sisters, Hazel Rainey and Mabel Bradley, both of Ozark; a sister-in-law, Catherine Rainey, Ozark; cousins, nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be at 10:00 AM Monday, February 7, in Adams Funeral Home, Ozark. Burial will follow in Ozark City Cemetery.
