Mary Sue Jarvis

Mary Sue Jarvis, age 78 of Springfield, passed away January 21, 2012. She was born June 18, 1933 in Springfield, the daughter of Raymond and Mary A. (Baird) Carroll. Survivors include: her children, Randy Parsley and wife Cheri, Springfield, Vicki Chamberlain, Ozark, and Cheri Molina, Pleasant Hope; six grandchildren, Abby Thurman and husband Jon, Hannah Parsley, Charles Hachtel and wife Alice, Amanda Wolfe and husband David, Lisa Gideon, and Justin Lawson; five great grandchildren, Chandler Thurman, Lane Hachtel, Cooper Wolfe, and Gracie and Bradley Gideon; a brother, Jerry Carroll and two sisters, Charlotte Arndt and Jackie Carroll; and long time companion Roscoe (Cotton) Linebaugh and family. Sue was preceded in death by her parents and step-mother, Mary Jo Carroll; a brother, Bill Carroll; and a sister, Patricia Arthur. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, January 24 in Adams Funeral Home, Ozark, with Pastor Scott Watson officiating. Burial will follow in Maple Park Cemetery, Springfield. Visitation will be from noon to 2:00 pm immediately before the funeral on Tuesday.
