Martin "Marty" Lee McClure

Martin Lee "Marty" McClure, 64, of Nixa, Missouri, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, July 31, 2024. Born on December 24, 1959, in Licking, Missouri, he was the beloved son of Ronald "Ron" and Phyllis (Karr) McClure.

Marty was a talented carpenter whose skillful craftsmanship spoke to his creativity and dedication. Beyond his work, he was known for his warm and generous spirit. He had a special love for cooking, particularly for making his cherished sweet tea, and enjoyed relaxing with Mel Brooks movies.

Marty is survived by his loving mother, Phyllis McClure of Crane; his devoted life partner, Kim Borders McClure of Republic, MO; his daughter, Angel (Travis) of Billings, MO; his grandchildren, Ziiler (12), and twins Kaine and Kasen (7); his sister, Debbie Tangora (Bruce) of Nixa, MO; his brother, Marshall (Gina) McClure of Reed Springs, MO; his nephew, Brandon Tangora; his niece, Meda (McClure) Bacon; and his great-nephew, Brayton Tangora.

He was preceded in death by his father, Ron McClure; and two cherished nieces, Brandi Tangora and Amelia McClure.

Marty will be remembered for his kindness, creativity, and the joy he brought to those around him.
