Marjorie Jane (Le Blanc) Lambert, age 69, of Spokane, passed away Friday, April 18, 2014. She was born March 23, 1945, in Tecumseh, Nebraska, to Harold Joseph and Marjorie Ruth (Nealy) Le Blanc. Marjorie was united in marriage to Danny Lambert August 26, 1972, in Reno NV, by Reverend Huckleberry, at Chapel of the Bells. Marjorie owned an upholstery shop, called Marjorie's Upholstery, in Spokane.
Marjorie loved to go camping, and would mow the yard for Danny, before he got home from work, so they could leave earlier. She loved to fish. While in Louisiana, Marjorie took the kids to the river every day. She lost many fishing poles when a large fish would pull them out of her hands. Marjorie loved to garden, vegetables and flowers. She was a great homemaker and cook. Danny said he would gain a pound every time he had dinner. Marjorie loved her family and made a good home for them.
Marjorie is survived by her husband, Danny; son Danny Lee Lambert, Jr, of Booneville, John Lambert, of Cameron; a brother Harold Le Blanc, and wife Peggy, of Morgan City, LA; Uncles Jim Nealy, and wife Ruth, of Greeley, CO, Ralph Nealy, and wife Cynthia, of Longmont, CO; Aunts Iney Nealy, of Lincoln, NE, Velma Nealy, of Morgan Hills, CA, and JoAnn Nealy, of Greely, CO.
Marjorie is preceded in death by her parents, and Uncles Bill Nealy, and Edwin Nealy.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, April 26, 2014, in Adams Funeral Home, Nixa.
