Luis Velasquez

Luis Velasquez, age 56 of Ozark, passed away Saturday, March 24, 2012. He was born July 7, 1956 in El Salvador, the son of Rafael and Juanita Velasquez. Survivors include: his wife, Alba Velasquez; three children, Luis Velasquez, Jr., Patricia Velasquez and Edwin Velasquez; three grandchildren; his mother; three brothers; and many nieces and nephews. Luis was preceded in death by his father and a sister. Visitation and will be held from 11am "� 2pm Wednesday in Adams Funeral Home, Ozark.
