Louis Sims

Louis "Buzz" Sims, Jr. of Clever, Missouri passed away April 24, 2016 at the age of 66. He was born to the late Louis and Mary (Jay) Sims on December 7, 1949 in Jenkins, Mo. On August 29, 1988 he married the love of his life, Brenda (Housley) Sims. He leaves behind his wife Brenda Sims, his daughter Ashley (Sims) Bush and son-in-law Jake Bush of Springfield, Mo.; His son Louis "Buddy" Sims, III and daughter-in-law Hollie Sims of Racine, Mo.; another daughter Angelia Sims of Kansas; and his beloved little yorkie named Fancy. Buzz had many grandchildren he loved dearly. He is survived by one brother, Larry of Springfield and two sisters, Diana Queen of Stockton and Mayetta Horner of Springfield. Buzz had a huge loving heart and would do anything for anyone. We will carry your memory in our hearts. The family will hold a service Thursday, April 28 at 2:00 P.M. at High Street Baptist Church, 900 North Eastgate, Springfield, MO.
