Lottie Lucy Bleicker, age 89, of Ozark, Missouri, passed away Saturday, June 25, 2011. She was born December 12, 1921 in Cleveland, Ohio, the daughter of Alexander and Maryann Karpinski. On June 6, 1945 she and Charles Henry Bleicker were united in marriage. Lottie graduated from Dyke Business College in Cleveland. She was a school teacher and later retired from Cuyahoga Hills Boys School. She and Charles lived in Chagrin Falls, Ohio, for many years before moving to Tucson, Arizona in 1998. In 2006 they moved to Ozark to be near family. She was a member of St. Joseph The Worker Catholic Church in Ozark. After retirement Lottie always looked forward to a game of Pinochle, square dancing, or just enjoying her animals. Survivors include: Two daughters, Susan Markus and husband Viktor, Ozark, and Cheryl Bleicker, San Antonio, Texas; and a niece, Maryann Gatto, Parma, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her husband in 2008, a granddaughter, Alexis Markus, and a sister, Jean Zmarzly. A funeral mass will be held at 10:30 AM Wednesday, June 29, in St. Joseph The Worker Catholic Church, Ozark, with Monsignor Ed Eftink officiating. Burial will follow in White Chapel Memorial Gardens.
