Lloyd Currier

Lloyd "Pete" Allen Currier, age 75 of Nixa, died January 9, 2024. He was born July 27, 1948 in Tulsa, Oklahoma, the son of Malcolm Lloyd and Wanda Louise (Real) Currier.

 

Pete was united in marriage to Claudia Lee Isom in San Bernadino, California.

 

He owned and operated Pete's Termite and Pest Control. Pete was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Ozark. He was a bass player for Yankee Rose, an avid walker, and enjoyed everything historical - especially historical fiction. Pete loved traveling, Christmas, and decorating the house for all holidays. Pete was known for his kindness, calm disposition, and ever willingness to help others.  He was an extremely devoted husband, father and grandfather.

 

Survivors include: his wife Claudia of Nixa; his children, Laurie Currier, Julia Herman, Blake Currier, Matthew Currier, Alexis Currier, and Brittney Currier; and a sister, Luanne Jones.  Pete was preceded in death by his parents.
