Linda Kay Conrad

     Linda Kay Conrad, age 73 of Fair Grove, Missouri, passed away on February 19, 2024.  She was born June 12, 1950 in Springfield, Missouri, the daughter of Harry and Dorothy (Gettys) Smith.

     On August 12, 1968, Linda was united in marriage to Howard R. Conrad, who preceded Linda in death on August 2, 2021.

     Linda retired from Dillons, where she worked in the deli for 20 years. She enjoyed gardening and most of all, spending time with her family.

    Survivors include:  a daughter, Jennifer Morris of Ozark; a son, Christian R. Conrad of Fair Grove; grandchildren, Leah Faye Morris, Luke Conrad Morris, Caitlyn Renea Conrad, and Carson Robert Conrad; a brother, Larry Smith and wife Jean, of Columbus, Georgia; two sisters in law and their husbands, Lynn and Edward Masters and Linda and Kenneth Joslin, all of Joliet, Illinois; several nieces and nephews; and her great-nieces and nephews.

     Linda was preceded in death by her parents; and a brother in law, Ned Masters.

     A Graveside Memorial Service will be at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, March 15, 2024 at Missouri Veterans Cemetery, Springfield, under the direction of Adams Funeral Home, Ozark, with Dr. Wade Bridges officiating.
