Lavena Flo Murrell

Lavena Flo Avery Forgey Murrell passed away November 29,2021 at 87 after a long battle with COPD. She never gave up trying to get better because she loved so many people and life. At barely 15 years old she married Burel Forgey. They had two children, Doug and Jennifer. They were the perfect parents. Dad died young and left Mom a very young widow. She went on to marry Harry Murrell and Charlie Wheeler and was still looking for the next one. She loved to dance! So she is finally dancing again in heaven.

Lavena was preceded in death by her parents Ralph and Esther Avery Peters, her brother Wallace Avery, two grandchildren Justin and Breena and three spouses.

Survived by Doug and Judy Forgey, Jennifer and John Lampe, Grandchildren Heather and Vance Jenkins, Hunter and Summer Lampe and Heath Lampe, eleven Great Grandchilden and six Great Great Grandchildren.

Memorial service has been arranged in Lavena's honor and will be held on Wednesday, December 8, 2021 at 11:00a.m. at Adams Funeral Home Nixa. A time of visitation will be held starting at 10:00 a.m. until service time.

Burial will follow at Richwood Cemetery.
