Larry Eugene Pryor

Larry Eugene Pryor born in North Kansas City, Mo. on March 29, 1954 went to be with his heavenly father on September 27, 2017. Larry was the eldest child of Belford Eugene Pryor and Evelyn Mae (Dore) Pryor who preceded him in death. Larry was a recipient of a National Defense Service Medal and several other awards as a Vietnam Veteran of the United States Marine Corps. He was a professional General Contractor of construction and concrete work. Anyone that knew him knew of his love of music, photography and computers. He was a supporter of animal rescue groups with a gentle heart and soul for battered women and children. Larry is survived by his sisters ; Sherry Lowry, husband Robert of Kentucky, Vickie Guthrie, husband Ron of Alaska, Janet Keller, husband Karl, II, and Tina Sanders, husband Alan all of Missouri. He is also survived by 8 nephews and 2 nieces and their families, many aunts and uncles. He also is survived by his children Nicole Shumard and Buddy Steverson. Larry left a lasting imprint on the heart of so many and he will be greatly missed.
