Larry Gibson

Larry N. Gibson, age 64, of Nixa passed away Tuesday, November 28, 2017. He was born December 7, 1952 in Sayersville, KY to Boyd and Eva (Grace) Gibson. Larry was a hard worker. He worked in construction and was always early setting up jobs or opening the business for the day. Larry loved to be outside. He would sit on the porch enjoying the fresh air and watching the world go by. He enjoyed watching baseball, especially the Cincinnati Reds. He could watch television for hours and enjoyed watching Jimmy Swagert. He enjoyed spending time with his son, Johnny and his wife Michelle. Larry is survived by his son Johnny Gibson, and his wife Michele of Nixa; grandchildren Noah, Tyler, Anli, Kyle, and Johnny Gail; and two brothers Henry Gibson of Winchester, KY and Jim Gibson of Paintsville, KY. Larry is preceded in death by his parents; and his siblings Rella Faye, Alta Mae, Edith Grey, Ellis Ray, Kenneth Jay, Henry Clay, Billy K, Gary Lay, and two twin infant boys Challas and Dallas. A visitation will be held from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM Friday, December 1, 2017 in Adams Funeral Home, Nixa. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday, December 2, 2017 in the funeral home. Burial will follow at McConnel-Bledsoe Cemetery, Nixa
