Kenneth Earl Rogers, age 68 of Springfield, passed away Friday, October 19, 2012. Kenneth was born January 19, 1944 in Ozark, the son of Earl and Anna Cathleen (Bilyeu) Rogers. He married the love of his life, Donna Rogers on August 24, 1963. To this union two children were born - Deanna Sue Rogers Holaday and Kenneth Lee Rogers. Kenneth worked at Reyco for 28 years until it closed. He then worked for Life Enhancement Village until he retired. Kenneth was an avid hunter and fisherman and a longtime member of Selmore Baptist Church. He loved spending time and talking on the phone with his family. Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents; his wife; and three sisters, Judy Sartin, Connie Weter and Cathy Moss. Survivors include: his daughter Deanna Holaday and husband Mike; his son, Kenny Rogers and wife Linda; a sister, Cindy Coble and husband Eddie; a host of nieces and nephews; and best friend, his dog, Scooter. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday at Adams Funeral Home, Ozark, with Ron Melton officiating. Burial will follow in Selmore Cemetery, Ozark.
