Kenneth Gray

Kenneth David Gray, age 78, of Tulsa, Oklahoma, passed away Wednesday, June 30, 2021, surrounded by a daughter and four of his grandchildren. He was born April 13, 1943 in Tulsa, the son of Harold Pershing Gray and Bessie (Ames) Gray. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army. He had worked for Nabisco during most of his working career. On September 21, 1962 he and Marcella were married. She preceded him in death in 2008. Kenneth enjoyed golf, watching TV, especially Sci-Fi, and eating at his favorite restaurant in Tulsa, Chuy’s. Survivors include: Two daughters, Jill Schlesener of Nixa, and Kelly Young of Tulsa; a son, Christopher Gray of Bowling Green, Missouri; grandchildren, Jack and Calvin Schlesener, Rachele, Taylor, Houston, and Scarlett Young; two brothers, Charles Gray and Don Gray; other relatives and many friends. His parents and a sister, Delores Perry preceded Kenneth in death. A graveside funeral will be 1:30 PM Tuesday, July 6, in McConnell-Bledsoe Cemetery, Nixa. Visitation will be from Noon until 1:00 PM Tuesday in Adams Funeral Home, Nixa.
