Kelley Jean Watson

Kelly Jean Watson, age 49, of Nixa passed away Tuesday, September 22, 2015 with her family by her side. She was born April 16, 1966 in Eugene, OR, to Edward and Gayle (Martin) Wiggins. Kelley was united in marriage to Michael Watson August 5, 2005. Kelley's family describes her as a tough girl, loud, fun and always laughing. She had a magnetic personality, and never knew a stranger. She was always helpful to others. Kelley worked in a nursing home as a cook and would be found helping the residents. She was an excellent cook, which is what she loved doing. Kelley spoiled her husband and family. Kelley loved growing all types of hot peppers. Kelley was taken from us too soon and she will be greatly missed. Survivors include her husband Michael; her children Kristina Howell, Boise, ID, Holly Benson, of Springfield, Julie Benson, of Nixa; a step-daughter Cheyenna Watson, of Denver, CO; her siblings Tracy Friedel, husband Kevin, of Boise, ID, Sean Wiggins and Sherri Wiggins, of Gig Harbor, WA, her father Edward Wiggins, wife Millie, of Pleasant Hill, OR; grandchildren Triston, Maverick, Liam, and Madison; Nephews Anthony, Jake, Taylor and Ted; a niece Sierra; and many friends. Kelley is preceded in death by her mother; and a daughter Shannon. A celebration of life will be held at 12:00 Noon Saturday, September 26, 2015, Michael's and Kelley's home, at 610 Janny Nixa, Missouri. Please come with stories to tell.
