Kathleen Holland of Nixa went home to be with her Lord and Savior on August 19, 2021.
Kathy was born on December 7, 1935 to Irving and Grace Bolin. She graduated from Nixa High School in 1953 where she was Barn Warming Queen and Annual Queen. She was also the editor of the Nixa Eagle Yearbook. She worked for Farmers Merchants Bank until it was time to cart carloads of kids to baseball games.
She was married to Oliver Smith until his death in 1979. She married Jim Holland on October 20, 1984. He preceded her in death in 2012.
Kathy leaves behind her daughter Teresa Money and her Husband Paul; a sister, Betty Rainey; and brother, Jerry Bolin (Linda); step-sons, Darryl Smith (Tammy), Dwaine Holland (Susan), Keith Holland and Vance Holland (Angie); twelve grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Kathy loved the Lord and loved sharing her Lord with others. She was a member of Calvary Bible Church
Kathy was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Juanita Tennis and her husband, Orville; sister, Ava Haworth and her husband, Bobby.
A Funeral will be held for Kathy at 2:00 P.M. on Sunday, August 22, 2021 at Adams Funeral Home in Nixa. Friends & relatives are invited to a Visitation with the family one hour prior to the service at the Funeral Home, from 1:00-2:00 P.M.
The family kindly requests that all attendees wear masks.
