June Loretta Leonardi

June L. Leonardi, age 86 passed away Tuesday, May 19, 2015 following a long Illness. She was born in Berkeley Springs, West Virginia. Following graduation from high school she went on to nursing school and became a registered nurse. June loved her profession and retired after 40 years. June is survived by her son Charles Leonardi, and her daughter Robin Hall and her husband John, all of Nixa. She was also very proud of her five grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. A visitation will be Friday, May 29 at 1:00 p.m., with the memorial service to follow at 2:00 p.m. at Aldersgate United Methodist Church, 460 W. Aldersgate, Nixa. June's final resting place will be at the Missouri Veterans Cemetery in Springfield, at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in June's name to Aldersgate United Methodist Church.
